    Fraxel CO2 is an excellent treatment for brown spots on skin. It also works well for wrinkles and scars and can tighten skin. Another option for brown spots that is less expensive and has less down time is Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), also known as photo facial. IPL however does NOT improve wrinkles, scars or tighten the skin. We offer both at my of office. Feel free to schedule a cosmetic consultation so we can determine which treatment is best for you.
