OC Dermatology Concierge Service and Covid-19 Precautions
Dear Patients,
As we are concerned not only for your health and that of our employees, but also for your peace of mind regarding your visits to our office, we want to let you know about our new Concierge Service.
During this time of fear and social distancing, we are offering the following VIP service to all of our patients:
If you prefer not to wait in our reception area, you have the option to call us when you arrive in the parking lot and we will text you when your treatment room is ready; you can then be brought directly into your room. We also offer the optional service of checking out while in the treatment room as well.
In addition, we are taking all the normal precautions against infection by cleaning all treatment rooms, counters, and door handles between patients with disinfectant and providing masks to any patients who have minor coughs or colds. Of course, if you feel sick or have a fever, please reschedule your appointment.
We hope this gives you peace of mind when visiting us.
